They did get all the junk removed, which I appreciated, and the actual cleanup was fine. But the overall experience felt a little unprofessional. They showed up late, didn’t call ahead, and seemed rushed once they arrived. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, but I was hoping for better communication and a bit more consideration for my time.

Booking was easy, but the price ended up changing after they actually saw the junk. I really wish the site had been more upfront about the extra fees, because I felt a bit misled in the end.

I had them come out to clear a bunch of junk around my rental property, and they did a really solid job. I was kind of confused at first about how much they’d actually be able to get done, but they showed up on time, handled everything without making it a big deal, and the yard looked way better afterward. I’d use them again.

The only thing was, once they left, I noticed some small trash and dust still sitting around the corner of the garage, so I ended up sweeping it up myself. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I was hoping it would be a little cleaner when they were done. I’d maybe use them again, but I’d want them to be a bit more careful next time

I booked Trash The Junk to help clear out my garage, which had basically turned into a graveyard for old boxes, a broken folding chair, and a random toaster I don’t even remember buying.

The crew called before they showed up, and they arrived right within the time window they gave me. That made the whole thing less annoying because I wasn’t stuck staring out the window all morning with my coffee getting cold.

They loaded everything up quickly and were easy to deal with. I’m giving 4 stars because the final price was a little higher than I expected, but they were on time and got the job done without any hassle.

Had a couple questions before I booked. Nothing major, just stuff I wanted cleared up first. They replied really quickly, which was a relief. No sitting around waiting all day.

The person I spoke with was easy to understand. Helpful too. Didn’t overcomplicate anything. I also had to change the time once, and they just sorted it out. No drama.

Really good service overall. Simple, quick, and they actually seemed to be paying attention. Nice when a place gets back to you when you need them.
